They now have level 1 EV charging stations with the hotel. This is a great amenity for EV owners.i will charge my car over night. Very helpful

Given a few reviews about the ongoing renovations I was a bit hesitant to book a reservation. However, given its proximity to restaurants and the freeway, I chanced it. I am ever so glad I did. The room itself was quiet in spite of being off the freeway. Additionally, the facility was clean and the room itself was very clean with a couple of extra touches that indicated the housekeeper takes pride in their job. It’s the little things that say “welcome!” The facility is under new management and given the renovations to the lobby, I am excited to see the upgrades they have planned. Given that I will be staying in the area again, this hotel would be my first “choice.”

I have stayed at many hotels while I look for an apartment. I have stayed at almost all the hotels from Olympia to Seattle. I noticed that they are remodeling and I had stayed at the Ramada Inn across the street and they are remodeling. The Ramada Inn was the worst. The bushes and weeds are way overgrown. The parking lot is littered from the roof being remodeled. Inside they do not clean anything. The hallways are filthy, there is dust everywhere even in the torn up elevator. It was terrible at the Ramada Inn. But here at the Quality Inn, I have to say that I was very impressed. The owner is here almost everyday. He inspects random empty rooms to make sure that they have been cleaned properly. When was the last time you have seen a hotel owner check that everything is done right. I have to say that I am extremely impressed by the owner. Also, the front desk checks for cleanliness and that things are done right. Everyone who works here are kind and they keep up not only the inside but the outside. If you are wondering where you should stay I highly recommend that you choose this Quality Inn in Lacey, WA. I have been to other Quality Inn's but this is one of the best hotel in the state of Washington. And no I am not getting paid to say what I have stated. I am just tired of all the false advertising, but here at the Quality Inn you will get a clean hotel where the owner oversees that everything is done right. Great customer service and a safe environment. If anyone has something bad to say about this hotel then they must be having a rough day. I recommend this Hotel to everyone who is looking for a hotel.

Stayed for a couple nights on vacation and had a good stay; the staff were friendly and the room was nice, although it was a spring mattress rather than a memory foam. Location isn't something they can help with, as there's no way to stop people from revving their engines in the middle of the night, but it was noticeable. Good deal for the price, though.

Front office staff, all of them, each shift, were exceptional, helpful, and enjoyable to talk with. Felt like I was chatting with friends and enjoyed each conversation when I came through lobby and spent a bit of time chatting with them. I was there 4 nights. Courtesy breakfast was simple and nicely displayed and perfect for my needs. It was one of the best experiences I've had during my recent travels. Rooms cleans, beds comfortable! Thank you so very much.

Stayed here for few days, the front desk agents were really nice and informative. Service was good, breakfast was/is included and the hotel is really quiet slept good at night. Affordable too

Charles, Romeo, Megan and Paulita did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and with a smile! We were there to prep for a move to Europe so I’d say we were needier than most guests and they didn’t bat an eye. They accommodated our every request and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying with them again upon our return to the states. Thanx guys!

Great staff. Shannon in Management was very helpful and went through extra mile to make sure I had a room that accommodated my needs. My room was clean and well-maintained.
